It all begins with just an idea!!

My name is Winnie and I'm delighted to have you here. With years of baking experience, I’ve honed my craft and gained a wealth of knowledge and skills. I’m always learning and growing, which keeps me passionate about baking.

My love for baking started in my tea cafe when I wanted to offer my customers something both aesthetically pleasing, healthy and delicious. I’ve had my fair share of cake failures, but I've learned that persistence is key to every success. My determination to create tea-infused desserts and baked goods that delight my customers has taken me on exciting adventures like a Buttercream piping course in Seoul, South Korea and PME Royal icing courses and a Sugar Flowers course  in Taipei, Taiwan. I won an award from Cake International in June 2021 at the world’s greatest cake show and was also featured in Cake Masters Magazine in February 2022.

My curiosity and willingness to experiment have allowed me to expand my offerings to include a wide range of treats, from cake pops to tarts to cupcakes to macarons.I began by making customized baked goods for close friends and family, and the joy on their faces inspired me to share my passion with the world.

Now, I’m excited to offer a variety of delicious treats just right for any occasion. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, wedding, or just want to treat yourself, I’ve got something for everyone. I take pride in using only the freshest ingredients to create baked goods that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
